ko-la'-ya, ko-li'-a (qolayah, "voice of Yah"):
(1) A Benjamite, son of Maaseiah (Nehemiah 11:7).
(2) Father of Ahab, a false prophet and a lecherous man (Jeremiah 29:21-23).
