JEUEL

je-u'-el ju'-el (ye'-u'-el, meaning unknown):

(1) A man of Judah (1 Chronicles 9:6); the name is not found in the parallel of Nehemiah 11:24. (2) A Levite, the King James Version "Jeiel" (2 Chronicles 29:13).

(3) A companion of Ezra, the King James Version "Jeiel" (Ezra 8:13).

(4) The name occurs also as Kethibh in 1 Chronicles 9:35 2 Chronicles 26:11.
